Music

One reason why I love djing weddings is because I get to play a wide variety of music. I like mixing up different genres throughout the night to get all of my clients' guests dancing. Some of my favorite music to play are 90's throwbacks that get you singing and Latin music that you can't help but to dance to. I stay up to date with current music as well as growing my library of music with diverse genres. Keeping the client happy is my biggest concern, but I always try and accommodate any requests.

Timeline

Obviously music is a large part of my job, but I believe the timeline of a wedding is the most important part. Having a consistent flow throughout the night will keep guests engaged. I coordinate with vendors as well as the venue to make sure that the timeline is executed to perfection. Timeline is so important because formalities and poor scheduling can eat away from dancing. I’m not only a DJ, but as an Emcee my job is for my clients not to stress about anything. It's rewarding when clients can enjoy all the hard work they invested into their wedding.

Fit

Each wedding should be unique. I never recommend a general timeline or generic playlist for my clients. It's important for me to sit down and get to know each couple personally, so together we can customize a wedding that fits them, not around them. At a client meeting, I'll go over all the formalities that need to be incorporated into the clients’ night and how we can execute it. I want a wedding to be a night that friends and family talk about forever.
